Donald Trump offered up an unhinged tweetstorm over the weekend, and a former Republican senator has some advice for the president the next time he has that urge. Rick Santorum, usually a Trump defender, said on “Anderson Cooper 360°” on Monday that he hopes the president will “send emails to a therapist” instead of tweeting. The one thing he didn’t mention was sympathy for the victims of the attack on two New Zealand mosques that killed at least 50 people. I wish he wouldn’t do it.
