Quebec provincial police have confirmed a Rimouski, Que., woman who had been missing for a week has been found, safe and sound. The RCMP in Saskatchewan confirmed she was found in that province, but did not provide more details. But her sister, Annie Major, said she has a hard time believing Karine wanted to escape her life. Annie Major said she hasn't yet spoken to her sister but has been told she's being taken care of. Karine Major's partner, Alexandre Livernoche, told Radio-Canada that Major contacted a family member to let them know where she was.
