Expect snow and freezing rain from overnight to get real slushy as the temperature vaults well above zero. There is a lingering risk of freezing rain or some ice pellets until mid morning, with a morning shower possible. The temperatures are climbing, however, and will get up a few degrees above zero. Another shot of rain changing to snow — about two centimetres — begins late evening into early Wednesday. The system is bringing some overnight fog patches along for the ride,It looks like a Wednesday with five centimetres of snow and a high around the freezing point is in store.
