He also said that Quader made such remarks out of heartburn for having failed to split BNP, reports UNB. "Obaidul Quader is somehow very concerned for BNP as he is saying it may face a split or meet the fate of Muslim League. He said it is Awami League which has internally collapsed and is weakened by divisions of different groups and streams. "That is why the party could not dare hold a fair election depending on its leaders and activists. The BNP leader warned that Awami League will not find anyone to light the lamp at its office when it loses the power of police.
