The National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA), Director General Francis Meja has said that the rains create potentially dangerous conditions for road users and advised motorists to be extra vigilant. He also encouraged motorists to consider safety first whenever the roads are flooded by using alternative routes. He further advised pedestrians, cyclists and motorcyclists to wear bright clothing or reflector jackets.
