(UPDATE) ACTOR Robin Padilla climbed to third place in the survey conducted by Pulse Asia from April 16 to 21, getting 42.9-percent voter preference. Statistically tied with Padilla in third place was Taguig Rep. Alan Peter Cayetano at 42.3 percent, followed by Sorsogon Gov. Meanwhile, among the 177 party-lists, Pulse Asia noted that 10 groups surpassed the 2-percent voter preference threshold needed to secure at least one seat in the House of Representatives. Others who garnered more than 40-percent voter preference were Tulfo and Legarda. Those with at least 30-percent voter preference were Hontiveros (38.5 percent), Cayetano (38.3 percent), lawyer Jose Manuel "Chel" Diokno (34.3 percent) and Villar (33.9 percent).
