"We are currently preparing for our relief operations in Bulusan, Sorsogon and the surrounding areas," Vice President Maria Leonor "Leni" Robredo said on Twitter Sunday. Masks and bottled water were the immediate needs that were identified, Robredo said. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology reported that Bulusan Volcano spewed a column of steam for about 17 minutes on Sunday.
