Rory McIlroy has withdrawn ahead of the third round of the Arnold Palmer Invitational at Bay Hill, Orlando. After a late rally in his second round, with four birdies on his back nine for a 68, McIlroy had trailed halfway leader Daniel Berger by nine shots.
