The XPoNential Music Festival has announced eight acts who will perform Sept. 20-22 at Wiggins Park in Camden — Rosanne Cash, Phosphorescent, Blondshell, Bully, The Heavy Heavy, Lizzie No, Cedric Burnside and Grace Bowers — with many more to come. An annual event since 1994, The XPoNential Music Festival is produced by — and its name refers to — Philadelphia public radio station WXPN. There will be two stages in Wiggins Park, which is located on the Camden waterfront. The festival will also offer a children’s activities center, and food and drink vendors. Three-day and one-day passes will be available at xpnfest.org starting Feb. 29 at 10 a.m. And starting today, during WXPN’s Winter Member Drive, new and renewing members can make donations that will include discounts or complimentary tickets, depending on the donation level.
