The Rubik's Cube brand has been acquired by one of the world's larges toy companies, Spin Master. Spin Master, one of the top four largest toy companies, along with Hasbro HAS , Mattel MAT and Lego, has acquired Rubik’s Brand Ltd. for $50 million. Spin MasterThe acquisition helps make Spin Master even more of a powerhouse player in the toy world. Bettin receive a Rubik’s Cube for his 10th birthday, 40 years ago and said he’s been solving the Cube ever since then. The Spin Master team, he said, is eager to learn how to do it, and “I’ve made that commitment,” he said.
