Konaté has reportedly rejected offers in the region of 200k/week previously, so I’m not too sure what the ceiling on this “big” increase is. I don’t think it’ll get much higher because new signings and the guys Liverpool seem to want to be building their club around aren’t earning much more than that. The situation looks good for Liverpool due to there being no other serious suitors at the moment. All it needs is for someone else to leave their club or get injured, clubs can get desperate and start throwing money around.
