A recent report by standard media has revealed that the Ruto-led administration in Kenya can now breathe a sigh of relief as they have received a major victory from the High Court. This ruling pertains to orders which had previously prevented them from importing cheap edible oil into the country. The suspension on importation was lifted after it was announced by a High Court Judge that there wasn't enough evidence to continue holding up these orders. The judge stated "I'm satisfied that the case is premature because a court that admits and determines disputes based on illegally acquired evidence acts without jurisdiction." He went further saying "the court lacks Jurisdiction in such matters and strikes out any suit."
