President William Ruto and former Prime Minister Raila Odinga shared messages of goodwill with Kenyans as they welcomed New Year 2023. On his part, Raila Odinga thanked God for guiding Kenyans through 2022 which had a myriad of its challenges. “I am however buoyed and looking forward to a better year and better times in 2023,” an optimistic Raila told the nation. “I am looking forward to a robust conversation on ways how to improve our constitution and governance institutions,” Raila remarked.
