DP William Ruto said religious leaders are well placed to educate students on good morals by inculcating Christian values. Religious leaders have been asked to play a leading role in helping contain the ongoing school unrests. Ruto said it was time religious leaders who are sponsors of most schools support and help come up with lasting solution to the chaos being witnessed in some schools across the country. “It is time religious leaders take a leading role in making sure spiritual values will guide students in decision making in schools,” said Mr Ruto. The Deputy President said teachers, parents and all education stakeholders should work together in ensuring discipline among students was maintained at all times.
