President William Ruto has congratulated David Keter, also known as Dollarline, for winning the United Democratic Alliance (UDA) party nominations in Emurua Dikirr Constituency. In a message posted on X, the President said Keter has the party’s full support as he prepares to contest the upcoming by-election. Ruto also acknowledged Bernard Ng’eno, known as Buluu, for running a strong campaign, noting that it strengthened the party’s grassroots democracy. Interior Cabinet Secretary Kipchumba Murkomen congratulated Keter on his victory, stating: “Hearty congratulations to David Keter on winning the hotly contested UDA nomination for Emurua Dikirr Constituency. “I commend the people of Emurua Dikirr for maintaining peace and turning out in large numbers to exercise their democratic right today.
