President William Ruto has told off those who are opposing the Finance Act, of 2023 saying it is key in his plan to implement his development agenda. The head of state said with the Finance Act, of 2023, will help him roll out development projects in Kenya and create much-needed employment. "I am just urging those who are opposing the Finance Act to stop so that we move as a nation," President Ruto said. Vihiga Senator Godfrey Osotsi, an ardent supporter of Azimio leader Raila Odinga, was absent. "I have no details of Vihiga senator Godfrey Osotsi being arrested," Kitiyo said.
