Bomet Governor Isaac Ruto will today Saturday launch his newly formed Chama Cha Mashinani (CCM) Party at Siongiroi centre in his Chepalungu home turf. Ruto has over the past said that he will not join Jubilee Party, a move that has seen him exchange bitter words with Deputy President William Ruto. Ruto is expected to open the party offices at Siongiroi before addressing a rally. We need to nurture democracy in the region and we will not tolerate a one party dictatorship," said a member of the Party who is part of the planners of the rally. Kenya is a multiparty democracy and I have a constitutional right to belong to a party of my choice including participating in the formation of a new one,” he said.
