Bomet Governor Isaac Rutto has warned candidates running on the Jubilee Party ticket to prepare for the worst in the nominations. The Chama Cha Mashinani party leader said Jubilee has already identified its nominees especially in the Rift Valley. Rutto said he formed CCM after realising there were plans to lock out certain people.
