Petiti­oners did not approa­ch proper forum, says apex court regist­rarISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court on Friday refused to entertain a constitutional petition against the appointment of Syed Zulfiqar Abbas Bukhari (Zulfi Bukhari) as a special assistant to Prime Minister Imran Khan. The SC registrar objected that the petitioners did not approach the proper forum and the prime minister has been impleaded as a respondent which can not be done under Article 248 of the Constitution.
