The Supreme Court has turned down the resignation of one of the judges mentioned by President Rodrigo Duterte as one of those with links to the narcotics trade. Judge Exequil Dagala of the Municipal Trial Court (MTC) in Dapa, Siargao submitted his irrevocable resignation before Supreme Court Administrator Jose Midas Marquez last Aug. 8.
