AIS has fired the employee and reported the incident to police. It says it has also stepped up security measures to ensure that it will not happen again.The NBTC panel will take 30 days to complete its investigation.NEWS NETWORKPRIVATE PLACEMENTNews Network Corporation, formerly known as Solution Corner (1998), plans a private placement of 1.8 billion shares to two investors.At Bt0.079 each, the deal would be worth Bt142.2 million.The move came after the company's private placement of the first two allotments of 2 billion shares and 2.2 billion shares as reported on Friday.
