By Dominic ChoppingSTOCKHOLM--Swedish ball-bearing maker SKF said Wednesday it is consolidating its spherical roller bearing manufacturing to secure its competitiveness in European markets for the long-term. The move will see SKF close its bearing manufacturing site in Luton, U.K., with production from the factory moved to the company's facility in Poznan, Poland.
