Good morning: Sales at the supermarket group Wm Morrison rose 8.1 per cent in the 22 weeks to January 2. Over the crucial three-week Christmas period, sales rose 9.3 per cent. The rise was driven by the group’s online business, where sales tripled in the final three months of the year.
