Kuntzsch said his first reaction to the report was it would "warm up things that happened a long time ago". Kuntzsch said Sanford guaranteed it was not over-fishing and regular auditing had made fishing a "very strictly controlled" environment. It's an endless battle I have to admit, we have a lot of bad reputation to combat but I think we've come a long way."
