Sansiri: Mass transit creates interest in detached housesNew mass transit lines are paving the way for strong demand in single detached houses, but attractive campaigns are still needed, says SET-listed developer Sansiri. Sansiri expects to have 4.5 billion baht in presales from low-rise houses in the second quarter after posting 4.8 billion in the first quarter. Key products to drive sales in the second quarter will be townhouses and single detached houses to tap real demand and first-time homebuyers. Three locations where Sansiri sees potential and strong demand in low-rise houses include Krungthep Kreetha, Watcharapol and Ram Intra. By the end of 2020, Sansiri targets having 15.9 billion baht in presales from low-rise houses, up from 13 billion last year.
