In her 15-page “consolidated verified answer ad cautelam (with caution)” filed before the House justice committee chaired by Rep. Gerville Luistro, the Vice President refuted the impeachment complaints of Fr. “The Vice President’s Answer ad Cautelam simply points out that the impeachment complaints do not contain the ultimate facts required by the rules. Rep. Terry Ridon said Duterte’s comment did not “directly respond to the allegations” contained in the two impeachment complaints. “It fails to squarely address the allegations contained in the two impeachment complaints,” he said.
