The pair were two of nine players unavailable to Moyes as Everton were knocked out of the FA Cup by Sunderland at the weekend. Among them, Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall has missed the last month due to a hamstring injury suffered at Chelsea but is thought to be the closest of those three to a return.
