Corrib Oil confirmed the restaurant will open in Tullamore Retail Park and is expected to create 60 new jobs. The new Wendy's location will also include a drive-thru. The announcement follows the opening of Ireland’s first Wendy’s restaurant at Mahon Point Shopping Centre in Cork last October. Managing director of Corrib Brands, Michael Dalton, said: “Following the fantastic response to our first Wendy’s restaurant in Cork, we’re delighted to confirm Tullamore as the location for our second Irish location.
