The secretive Scottish Government has been collared over its refusal to take minutes or notes at meetings again after summits with colleges and universities about potentially dangerous concrete were undocumented. The series of discussions were held between March and July 2023 about the presence of Raac (reinforced autoclaved aerated concrete) in educational establishments. And it brings up more questions for the SNP Executive to answer about its lack of action before their English counterparts acted. The SNP has become renowned for its failure to take proper notes at important meetings, including over the ferry fiasco and during the Alex Salmond scandal. This issue is too critical for SNP ministers to take a secretive approach.
