Liberian leader, President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf has publicly apologized to her Vice President, Joseph Nyuma Boakai for his absence at the ground breaking ceremony of the Gbarnga-Medicoma road in Bong County this week, where the presidential candidate of the Coalition for Democratic Change (CDC), Senator George Weah was seeing jointly with her breaking ground instead of the Vice President. Reacting to report backed with photos of the program on social media network on how Senator Weah and her was seen performing the ground breaking ceremony in Bong County, President Sirleaf speaking on a local radio station in Monrovia rejected the situation. President Sirleaf said the program prepared for the occasion, Senator Jewel Horward Taylor who also hailed from Bong County where the road is located was selected to joint in the ground breaking ceremony instead, the Senator called on her presidential candidate, Senator George Weah to proxy for her.
