Nandi Senator Stephen Sang’ has started a series of meetings to consult on his plans to run for governor’s office. “It’s a decision I will make in consultation with residents of Nandi,” Sang’ said. Sang’ said it is still early to start campaigns, since this would deviate him from completing his mandate as a senator. No aspirants has declared interest to vie for the Senate seat in the county. He said he is under pressure from residents to join the race for governor, but noted he is yet to complete his mandate as a senator.
