Senora’s Foundation Provides Food, Assorted Items for Underprivileged in Liberia


MONROVIA – A local humanitarian non-governmental organization, ‘SENORA’S FOUNDATION’ has provided food and non-food items to several underprivileged and disadvantage Liberians in Monrovia. According to SENORA’S Foundation CEO who is based in the United States, Best Garlo, she’s also working on a US$25,000 food assistance package to help ordinary Liberians who are in need of food and health assistance during this challenging period. “Over the years, the SENORA’S FOUNDATION has assisted children, families and communities throughout Liberia and recently launched its ‘FEED THE HUNGRY’ recovery program, which was held in Gardnersville, Monrovia-Liberia.”During the program, food, oil, soap & hygienic materials worth over US$10,000 were distributed to assist underprivileged citizens during this crucial lockdown period. Mother Senora Welleh Garlo was murdered during the civil war of 1990 in Liberia. The Senora Foundation seeks to advance Mother Senora’s long-held vision of empowering young men and women into useful, productive and successful citizens.
