MANILA, Philippines — Internet service provider Converge ICT Solutions Inc. on Saturday confirmed a service interruption following complaints from subscribers. Converge said customers have been experiencing connection issues as of 12:12 pm. ADVERTISEMENT“Our technical team is working to resolve the issue and restore your connection. A service ticket is not required,” Converge ICT said in a statement. Converge ICT also apologized for the inconvenience caused by the service interruption, saying they are working to resolve the issue.
