Seven white men were arrested on July 4 after police say they intimidated a black family on an Oregon beach by yelling racial slurs and using Nazi salutes. The seven men, from Clark County, Washington, were all arrested on charges including riot and disorderly conduct before being cited and released. Yuriy Kachankov, 30, bottom center right, of Clark County Washington was also charged with the same crimes along with resisting arrest. 'During this time several in the group of white persons continued to taunt the officers, trying to challenge them to fight.
