Seven soldiers and several terrorists were killed in two separate attacks in Jammu on Tuesday. The first attack took place in Nagrota on the outskirts of Jammu city where terrorists, carrying guns and grenades stormed into an Army camp. Although all two terrorists were eliminated by the security forces, seven Army men were killed in the gun battle. As soldiers battled the militants in Nagrota, another gunfight raged in Samba, some 40 km south of here. Following the Uri attack, the Indian Army destroyed at least seven terror launch pads and killed an unknown number of terrorists and their sympathisers across the LoC in Pakistani Kashmir.
