DHAKA, April 12, 2026 (BSS) - The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) has granted aone-day extension to the No Objection Certificate (NOC) issued to nationalteam pace bowlers Shoriful Islam and Nahid Rana for their participation inthe ongoing Pakistan Super League (PSL) T20 tournament. The decision has been made following a request from their PSL franchisePeshawar Zalmi, as well as the Pakistan Cricket Board, the BCB said in apress release here today. "Shoriful Islam and Nahid Rana were originally granted NOCs valid until April12. The two cricketers will return to Bangladesh on April 14 to join the nationalsquad in preparation for the upcoming ODI series against New Zealand. The third and final ODI and first two T20 matches will be held in Chattogram.
