Benihana at Riverside Plaza on Charoennakorn Road has for years been basking in the limelight while occupying Bangkok’s central teppanyaki stage. This being Benihana, the shake-up was all-encompassing and designed to razzle-dazzle—a unifying brief for décor, menu and acts.
