Sibol unveils more lineups for Asian Games esports titlesMANILA, Philippines — Following its initial announcement of representatives for several esports titles in the 2026 Asian Games, the country’s national esports team Sibol has named additional players who will banner the Philippines in three more confirmed esports events: Pokemon Unite, PUBG Mobile (Asian Games version) and Honor of Kings. For the PUBG Mobile (Asian Games version) event, Sibol has selected Gerald "FV" Leanillo, Jamesdavid "Lion" Tacson, Steven "MICHI" Jimenez, Abdul "Monboy" Barode and Francis "RANGE" Fusingan, with Dean "DehJeh" Mata as head coach. For his part, Barode has previously won a bronze medal for Sibol during the Individual event of PUBG Mobile in the 32nd Southeast Asian Games in Cambodia. With the announcements, only one esports title remains without a confirmed Sibol roster — Mobile Legends: Bang Bang. The title was the first to have a national qualifiers last year with then ONIC Philippines head coach Anthony “Ynot” Senedrin taking the head coach post.
