Gospel singer Ringtone has withdrawn charges against a man who broke into his house and stole property worth Sh349,000. He said he later discovered that his house was broken into onMay 28 while he was away and property stolen. But Ringtone asked the court to pardon the accused saying he is a Christian who believes in forgiveness. Ringtone, whose real name is Alex Apoko, said he had contracted Peter Kalwenye to build a perimeter wall at his home in Karen, Nairobi. He also told a Kibera court on Tuesday that he was not expecting any payments from Kalwenye.
