Kakade was a founding director of the company Kakade Infrastructure Pvt Ltd or KIPL, which is being probed for its alleged role in the scam. “I have given my statement in July and have shared all the necessary documents with the agency,” Kakade told The Indian Express. They have failed to give a satisfactory answer on why they entered into a JV with KIPL,” added the source. As in the past we have bagged contract for various projects, we decided to enter into a JV with IVRCL.
