In June Ledesma, a hooker who played in four World Cups for Argentina between 1999 and 2011, was named as the Pumas coach following Daniel Hourcade's decision to step down after they won just two of their last 17 games. The extended squad are training in Buenos Aires before they open their Rugby Championship campaign against South Africa in Durban on August 18. Argentina, who have never beaten the All Blacks, will play their first test of the season against them at Trafalgar Park in Nelson on September 8.
