Staff from a bank in Slough have used their day to support a local charity or good cause to volunteer as litter pickers in Upton Park. Metro Bank gives staff members a Day to Amaze – a paid day off to support a local charity or good cause. Colleagues Rohit Bhangu, Tejas Rach, Shaan Banger, Phil Opie and Arish Mehta from Slough Metro Bank joined residents and volunteers in collecting rubbish and litter in Upton Park. The clean-up was organised by the Slough Anti-Litter Society – a group of people who work, live and/or learn in Slough and want to make a positive difference to the environment and the community.
