The leader of a charity which has supported volunteer and community projects in Slough for is to retire after more than 15 years service. Under his stewardship, Ramesh is credited with steering Slough CVS through a period of austerity by securing vital contracts which ensured its longevity. Chairman of the Slough CVS Board of Trustees, Jamie Green said Ramesh had been a ‘tremendous servant’ who had led the organisation with ‘passion, vision and determination’. She added: “Under his leadership, Slough CVS has been making an ever increasingly greater impact on the lives of people in our community." We are also confident that Slough CVS will continue to thrive in the years to come," said Jamie.
