And there are some high points and some low points and a lot in between. So I would not call the book a weight loss book although there is quite some weight loss going on in there. His method of losing weight is slow, but steady. He has also devised other ways of celebrating togetherness…ways other than over a good meal or a coffee with cake. The second part was to heal himself of his anger/resentment against himself that was leading him to misuse his body.
