The first half was a close battle, with both teams creating chances and Rotherfield goalkeeper Zantia Jacobs pulling off numerous good saves. The match remained competitive but Thatcham went on to score twice in quick succession to secure the points. Elsewhere in the division, GORING UNITED WOMEN ran out 7-0 winners at THATCHAM AND NEWBURY TOWN LADIES WHITES. In Division 3 South, WARGRAVE WOMEN went down 2-1 at BERKS COUNTY WOMEN.
