PHOTO: STEPHEN JAQUIERYA St Clair shop owner says she has seen someone die in a traffic accident and she fears she may see another fatal crash outside her shop. Forbury Rd Four Square owner Sandra Miller, who has owned the shop for 16 years, said accidents happened almost monthly. The frequency of crashes outside her shop meant Mrs Miller had to be prepared to assist people who were often distraught and in shock. Mrs Miller believed speed bumps and a lower speed limit on roads surrounding the intersection could prevent further crashes.
