As more individual investors are trying their hands at stock trading, two new social networks are encouraging them, but with what they say is an emphasis on education and some restrictions. Commonstock Inc. and Public Holdings Inc. allow investors to post about their trades, explain the reasons behind them, follow experts, and gain fans. In Commonstock’s case, users can copy others’ trades. In Public’s app, they can trade fractions of shares.
