The concession deal between the government and the consortium spans 32 years. LRMC is a consortium of the Ayala-led AC Infrastructure Holdings Corp., Pangilinan-owned Metro Pacific Investment Corp., and Australian firm Macquarie Infrastructure Holdings. Go-Yap is asking the appropriate House committee to investigate the concession deal in aid of legislation.
