The son of Principal Secretary for Agriculture Mr Kello Harsama, Roba Kello Phillip aged 20 was arrested today Monday, August 21, 2023 in Murang'a County armed with a gun and 13 bullets. "It was seen coming from Meru County towards Nyeri and then through Kirinyaga and Embu Counties before entering Murang'a," it explains. Security officers from Murang'a County were ordered to arrest it along with all the passengers on board. The report indicates that the young man, accompanied by another male friend, told the officers that the gun belonged to his father. It showed the gun should have been in the boy's possession between May 24, 2023 and September 2, 2023," the report says.
