Long-running plans to extend a Diss petrol station have been given the nod, despite concerns raised by residents. A report by planning officers, recommending approval, suggested planning conditions to mitigate potential light pollution from the jet wash areas and relating to operating hours – with use of the jet wash limited to 8.30am-5.30pm Monday to Saturday and 9am-5.30pm on Sundays.
